Our provision of Low cost housing directly addresses poverty by offering low-income individuals and families a pathway to secure, sustainable shelter, breaking the cycle of rental poverty and enhancing economic stability.

Access to adequate housing is essential for promoting good health and well-being. Our climate-smart homes contribute to improved living conditions, reducing health risks associated with inadequate housing, such as exposure to environmental hazards.

Our Blocks and solar energy systems aligns with SDG 13 by promoting climate-resilient construction practices and reducing carbon emissions since our Blocks are not fired, use less water during construction which mitigate the impacts of climate change on communities and ecosystems.

Our Foundation “SmartFundi Academy”, provide training and employment opportunities to youth and women in local communities, supporting the creation of decent work and economic growth. By training them in block production and construction, we do not only address the skills gap but also empowers communities to actively participate in and benefit from economic opportunities in the construction sector. “Our homes are not only built for them but built by them”
